The GPS project test phase began at the start of November 2008 and lasted until December 31, 2008 at which point I had developed acceptable solutions to the various challenges that came up. The official project start date was January 1, 2009.
I will managed to continue this project for one full calendar year, until December 31, 2009. The maps of my tracks were not always posted in good time, and there were a few long periods during which I did not upload any maps. All of these were put online eventually.
